One of Nigeria’s popular talk shows ‘Inside Out with Agatha‘ turns 15 this August, and the show’s producers plan to mark it in grand style.

The programme, which kicked off in 1997 with Agatha Amata as its’ host, has wormed its way into the hearts of many Nigerians over the years with discussions on topical and controversial issues. It soon became a model for other talk shows on Nigerian television and an influential platform for many Nigerian youths to express themselves.

We’re told the 15th anniversary begins with the show’s first ever recording outside Lagos. Agatha will host the special episode in Delta State on Saturday, July 21, 2012, while a grand finale will be held at the Event Warehouse in Lagos on August 2, 2012.

‘We are proud to have been on air consistently for the past fifteen years, many programmes have come and gonebut we are still here, getting stronger re-inventing to be fresher everyday‘, Agatha Amata, show host and executive producer says.
